Having grown up in the Bay Area means I've never really traveled far for the holidays. Some would call that lucky but there's something cozy about being with loved ones in shitty weather. And because I've never easily had these options, one of these years I'd like to skate around a frozen lake, make snow angels in puffer coats and throw snowballs at little kids. Just because it's Christmas.
